I had well-appointed and extremely pleasant room with tea, a balcony, great views. The breakfast had a lot of yummy food and drinks. Very helpful and really helpful staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

The team provided an excellant service. Appreciated the way our good sized superior studio with kitchen was arranged.

The rooms were modern and spotless, had hypo-allergenic pillows. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, used central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

Hotel was good small and stunningly beautiful, I greatly enjoyed the stay.

Location: the hotel was next to all the historic places and promenade, the castle, and the centre of the Diocletian's Palace, of which is honestly less than a minute walk away from the entrance of the apartments. The staff provided EXCELLENT service and helped with baggage. I was offered a room with excellent views of the cathedral.

This hotel is located right in the centre of the old city, making it easy to reach all the hotspots. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The hotel facilities are great, especially the rooftop terrace with stunning views. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful bathroom.

The view of the harbor and terracotta roofs of Split was excellent and our room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and we received excellent service.

I cannot praise this hotel enough - it truly exceeded my expectations. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town center. Being in a pedestrian zone made it even better, as it was quiet and peaceful. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. One of the receptionists even walked with us to help find parking, which was a lifesaver in a busy city center. Lastly, the room itself was perfect. The bed was super cozy and the bathroom was beautifully designed. The icing on the cake was the balcony overlooking the palace grounds - what a view!

The staff was amazing, always willing to help and go the extra mile. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary drinks on arrival and the luggage storage long after checkout. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the historic center, close to all the main attractions. Plus, we enjoyed the cool and comfortable room with a very pretty decor.

The clock bell tower ringing and the noise from the street below could be a bit loud at times, but it didn't ruin our experience. we did have a cold shower, but it was understandable as it's an old building and the water was shared among other guests.

The location of this hotel is truly great, the lively square nearby offers plenty of options for dining and drinking, and there is a beautiful church just a stone's throw away. Being in the old city center brings a more unique experience of the city itself. However, this joyfulness is not reflected in the room. Even though it is spacious, the bathroom is not adequately cleaned and has a strange smell. Despite having helpful staff, the breakfast options are subpar and not up to the mark. A lack of any view from the room also adds to the monotony.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that due to the old city center's location, it can be challenging to get around with luggage, as there are staircases and narrow streets.

Everything was perfect!

We had a perfect stay at Banica Apartments. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of the palace and within walking distance to everything. The room was comfy, nicely decorated, and had a good wifi signal. We loved the rooftop with its stunning views of the city. The staff was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing to complain about.

I spent my Christmas break in this hotel and it was an okay experience. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was located in the middle of a shopping street where you could get most of the things you need. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. They also provided a shuttle service that took us to the city center. The view from the roof terrace was mesmerizing and we could see the beautiful Christmas lights from there.

There were some things that I didn't like about this hotel. The heater was not working properly, and the room was freezing cold.
